Each player can attack every other player three times a day. However, you can hire spies to increase the possible number of attacks on other players.
The spy is a gangmember that can be hired in “miscellaneous” tab in your profile screen. You can hire up to five spies so that you can attack other players up to eight times a day. Of course you can also be attacked by other players up to eight times a day.
