To view your iTunes purchase history there a two options.
Using the iTunes PC/Mac app
- Open up iTunes on your PC/Mac and sign in with your Apple ID.
- From the menu bar select the Account menu and then click on the View My Account option.
- After entering your password scroll down to the purchase history and click the See All link next to the nearest purchase.
Using your internet browser
- Navigate to https://reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
NOTE: If our support team request your iTunes purchase history they will require a screenshot of the overview of all purchases made rather than individual receipts and purchases.
Please be aware that Apple do not send receipts immediately when a purchase is made. Your receipt may come 2-5 days after a purchase and combine all purchases made through iTunes and the app store in that time period. If you feel you have been overcharged it may be because of this feature that combines purchase amounts.
