Occasionally, purchases seem to get stuck in the payment process. This process is mostly beyond our control as we use Apple and Google as our payment processors for iOS and Android, respectively. The best course of action is to try logging out of your Apple ID or Google Play Services ID and then logging back in and attempting the purchase again. If that still doesn't work, completely close the app, restart BitLife GO!, and try again. If that still doesn't work, the next step is to contact Apple or Google directly for assistance.
