Unfortunately, it's technically not possible to transfer lives, money or achievements to a new phone/tablet. Your progress is saved on the device where the game was played. For example, if you want to use a new phone or tablet, you'll have to start over from the beginning. However, you may be able to restore previous purchases under certain conditions.
