If you tried to login and got the message 'This account has been deactivated' it is probably due to one of the following reasons:
1. Forbidden usage of “multi accounts”. Each player is only permitted to play one account on each game world (server). The playing of several accounts (multi accounting) is prohibited by our general terms and conditions which you agreed to upon registration. You can find more information at the following link:
If you play on a public connection or in a household with several players, we require a message to explain so. If several players play on the same connection, our Support Department should be informed in advance. If the suspension is already in place, we require proof of the existence of multiple players so that we can grant you an IP sharing reprieve.
If you are a single player playing on several account, we can unlock only one account of your choosing. Please send us the nick of the account you want us to unbann.
Please note that further violations will result in all of your accounts being permanently locked.
We can unban your account, but we will have to reduce your chip count by 90% as a punishment for breaching our terms and conditions. Alternatively, your account can remain banned. Please let us know which option you prefer.
