Using any software that alters the game or any function or mechanic within it is prohibited by our Terms of Use. Such programs are commonly referred to as a "bot" and perform automated in-game actions.

Any use of these tools will in the end result in permanent closure of the involved account.

In our Forum you will find more information on our approach and countermeasures against such tools. Since we do understand the use of some of the features, we will from time to time implement updates that adapt relevant in-game mechanics to make such tools obsolete. Furthermore, we also have technical measures in place to allow detection of players who use these tools.

Please understand that the support staff will not reveal any information on our detection routines, as this could weaken the effectiveness of our detection methods.
