Purchasing rubies for your account is done through our in-game shop.
1. Login to your account and locate the ruby store button in the top left of the window near your account details
2. Next you will be presented with the ruby store. In there, you can select your package and payment option then hit the 'checkout' button. Please bear in mind that some packages are not available with certain payment methods, but the package will be grayed out to indicate this.
After selecting your package of choice, you will be redirected for payment method selection and asked to enter the necessary payment details. Once your payment is confirmed, a confirmation email for the purchase is sent by us and possibly your payment provider as well.
Please note that the packages shown often display a percentage in the corner, highlighted in red. This percentage does not refer to a bonus you will receive but instead indicates the percentage saved in comparison to buying the smallest ruby package multiple times to receive that amount. So you will not receive more rubies than what is shown in the package. For more details on this please see the store bonus page.
