Should you have had an unpleasant encounter with another player or have become aware of someone violating our Terms and Conditions, we will of course investigate the situation. Examples of these cases are inappropriate in-game messages, account sharing or other improper behavior.

To ensure confidentiality, every report will be treated anonymously, meaning that we will not hand out information about who was the reporting player.

However, we will check every report, so please refrain from submitting false reports to try and negatively impact another player. Should we find the reported offense to be true during our evaluation, we will take action against the offending account. 

When reporting someone, please make sure to include the following details:

  • The offending account name(s).
  • What happened? Please describe the situation briefly.
  • Please make sure to include screenshots, especially for insults or harassment situations.

Until our support staff has answered to your ticket, please leave all relevant in-game messages in your inbox. This ensures that we can double-check details, should anything in the submitted information be unclear or missing (e.g. faulty screenshots).
