Purchase payouts are determined by the account the shop was accessed from, not the personal payment information provided during the purchase. If one player gets a special offer and provides the shop link to another player, the shop link will still refer to the first player's account and all purchased items will be credited to that account.

We are unable to reverse this action so please ensure you are logged into the correct account when a purchase is made and that the store is accessed directly from within your own account.

Sharing account details and logging into another player's account can cause such situations unintentionally, which is why we specifically mention this in the Goodgame terms of service in order to prevent this. Please refer to the fair play section for more details.
