It is possible to demolish cat tree only when all charms are collected and the building is fully unlocked. However, there is an option to relocate it. In order to do so firstly click on cursor located on main head-up display panel and choose "move" option. Then click on the cat tree and you will be able to move the building. To exit move view click on reset cursor button that looks like red crossed circle.
