If your corporation leader is inactive, please check if your corporation has deputies. With this rank, players can start projects or manage the corporation members the same way as the leader. In case your corporation doesn't have any deputies, all you can do right now is wait and see if the leader comes online or find another corporation. We are working on some changes to this for the future, but it could be some time before they make it into the game.
